VAD SOS Software Service<\/strong> expands its portfolio – all GoTo products now available <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n

The products and solutions of the well-known global software manufacturer GoTo are now available from the Augsburg-based software value-added distributor SOS SoftwareServices<\/s>.\nBoth companies signed a distribution agreement at the turn of the year. <\/p>\n\n

In addition to the popular communication<\/s>platforms GoTo Meeting and GoTo Webinar, the main focus is on marketing the IT service and support solutions GoTo Resolve and LogMeIn Rescue. <\/p>\n\n

GoTo Resolve is an efficient all-in-one solution for IT management and support that includes remote support, ticketing, asset management, MDM and endpoint protection.\nIt is also available as a multi-tenant version for MSPs. <\/p>\n\n

<\/s>Rescue offers cross-platform remote support, simple administration and reporting, security concepts and adapts to a wide variety of workflows and devices.\nIt provides extensive integrations and is also available as a white label version, which can be adapted precisely to the needs of the company.\nIn addition to the support organizations of large companies, the target group also includes providers of intelligent devices.\nCustomers include globally active IT and notebook manufacturers who deliver their devices with the GoTo software and use it to provide end customer support. <\/p>\n\n
