Kaseya operates a structured channel partner program (Kaseya Partner Network).
Levels: Registered, Silver, Gold, Platinum – depending on sales and certifications.
Benefits: NFR licenses, co-op marketing funds, deal registration, technical support, training via Kaseya University and access to the Partner Portal.
Licensing with Kaseya
Kaseya has a subscription-based SaaS model (monthly, annual or multi-year). Depending on the product, billing is per endpoint, per user or per module. Volume-based pricing tiers are also available.

- Individual products: Datto RMM, Autotask PSA, IT Glue, Datto Backup product line, Security Suite (Dark Web ID, BullPhish ID, EDR, MDR, etc.)

Recommend Kaseya 365 as an entry point – the bundle model simplifies sales and significantly increases revenue per endpoint.
There is also enormous cross-sell potential: those who use Datto RMM typically also need PSA, backup and security. The platform lock-in ensures high customer loyalty and predictable MRR.
