The team connects vendors directly with resellers, system integrators and MSPs in the DACH market, drawing on a deep technical understanding of security and infrastructure solutions. Every vendor and every partner has a dedicated contact person who proactively reaches out to them with market opportunities, suitable projects and tailored services.

TEAM SALES
Our licensing specialists guide every inquiry from the initial question to the final deal: with the right license configuration, precise quotes and advice based on decades of experience. When our partners want to win bids, the team lays the groundwork: quickly, reliably and to the point.
Purchasing Team
The Purchasing Team keeps an eye on the warehouse and handles restocking. We procure software licenses from 800+ vendors, track shipments and resolve vendor inquiries, so our customers receive their ordered licenses as quickly as possible.

Marketing Team
The marketing team gives our vendors’ solutions visibility across the DACH channel: campaigns, newsletters, social media and events. Planned and executed end-to-end, always close to sales and vendors.
VENDOR ALLIANCE MANAGEMENT
Vendor Alliance Management supports our vendors. Onboarding, joint sales planning and partnership development. The team understands each vendor’s products, market and goals and turns the contract into a business opportunity.

IT Team
Our IT team builds the systems that enable SOS to scale: connections to our customers and partners, modern interfaces and the use of artificial intelligence. Through a high degree of automation, the team takes the pressure off all our colleagues, so they can focus on what matters most: our partners.

The finance team handles every transaction between vendors and reseller partners: invoices, payments, credit limits and reporting. Reliable, GoBD-compliant and on time.

INTERNS & APPRENTICES
We train our own future talent through our three apprenticeship programs. Our apprentices take on real responsibilities from day one, and many of them are now team leaders at SOS. If you’d like to get to know us first, that’s possible too, through an internship.
