SOS Software Service strengthens Security & Infrastructure business unit with two experienced experts
SOS Software Service GmbH is systematically expanding its Security & Infrastructure business unit and has gained two proven specialists for this purpose: Jürgen Mayershofer as Technical Consultant and Markus Meleka as Business Development Manager Cybersecurity Solutions. With their many years of expertise, both will complement the team in key areas of competence and support the strategic growth path of the business unit, whose expansion is continuing to gather pace.
Jürgen Mayershofer – Technical Consultant Security & Infrastructure
Jürgen Mayershofer has over 35 years of IT experience with a focus on infrastructure, client management and information security. As a certified CISO/ITSiBe according to ISO/IEC 27001/27002 and BSI basic protection, he has supported numerous companies with Windows migrations, ISMS development, security processes and vulnerability management. After holding positions at Computacenter, EDEKA Südbayern and q.beyond, among others, he joined SOS Software Service GmbH in February 2026 as a Technical Consultant in the Security & Infrastructure division.
Markus Meleka – Business Development Manager Cybersecurity Solutions
Markus Meleka has more than ten years of experience in the cybersecurity environment, particularly in identity & access management, privileged access management, email security and security awareness. In roles at Bechtle, Orange Cyberdefense and SoftwareOne, he was the central point of contact for customers, partners and vendors. At SOS Software Service, he is responsible for the sales development of our business unit.
Strategic expansion of the Security & Infrastructure business unit
The Security & Infrastructure business unit of SOS Software Service GmbH has been in a phase of intensive growth since 2026. With the addition of Jürgen Mayershofer and Markus Meleka, this expansion will be further professionalized and future-proofed.
Together, they support SOS Software Service’s mission to provide customers with optimal support for all challenges relating to modern IT security, infrastructure and observability.
