SOS Software Service Expands MSP Portfolio: Kaseya Becomes Strategic Platform Partner for IT Management and Security

Augsburg, June 15, 2026 – SOS Software Service is expanding its security MSP portfolio and has secured Kaseya, one of the world’s leading providers of integrated IT and security platforms, as a strategic partner. The collaboration focuses on expanding a scalable MSP ecosystem in the DACH region.

Today, MSPs need centrally managed systems instead of a multitude of standalone solutions—platforms that combine automation and security. Kaseya offers an AI-powered, fully integrated platform for IT management, security, backup, and automation. This lowers operational costs, reduces cyber risks, facilitates scaling, increases profitability, and helps MSPs efficiently deliver standardized services. At the same time, it enables the structured development of recurring revenue models.

A shared focus on growth and market development

The partnership is focused on growth. Kaseya is contributing the platform, while SOS Software Service is supporting Kaseya with expanded market access, sales expertise, and partner development. Together, the two companies primarily target MSPs and IT service providers in the SMB sector, where demand for standardized, secure IT services is high.
